LucreVest charges a flat rate of 3% of the total expenditure on the portfolio, plus standard agency fees for tenanting the properties. This means that if you spend R1 000 000 on setting up your portfolio (property costs, transfer costs, repairs etc.), we charge R30 000, plus the equivalent of 1 months rental of the properties.

Once you sign a Mandate agreement with LucreVest, 20% of the total expected fee is payable. Following this, the balance is due upon conclusion of the portfolio set up, meaning you will only pay the balance once we have handed you a tenanted property portfolio.

Much like the stock exchange, you will be investing in an active market place driven by many external factors. As such, LucreVest focuses on making smart investment decisions to put our investors in the strongest possible position for growth, but LucreVest cannot fully guarantee the market performance.

That being said, should you elect to have LucreVest manage your portfolio on an ongoing basis, we do guarantee certain metrics.
